A Prefeitura da cidade do Rio de Janeiro contratou duas empresas que juntas irão operar mais 100 ônibus convencionais no sistema BRT. A informação foi publicada nesta quarta-feira, dia 16 de fevereiro de 2022, no Diário Oficial.
O contrato firmado tem validade de 180 dias, e é improrrogável, ou seja, não poderá ser renovado. A gestão municipal esclareceu que, caso o processo licitatório seja concluído, a contratação das duas empresas será encerrada imediatamente.
O valor total de R$ 32.061.600,00 está dividido entre as empresas Expresso Recreio Transportes de Passageiros Ltda e Transriver Transportes Ltda.
Conforme prevê o contrato, será feito a locação de 100 veículos para compor a frota, os serviços de manutenção, abastecimento, garagem e motoristas para operar os ônibus convencionais.
Os veículos irão atuar no serviço auxiliar do sistema BRT-Rio.
